To be a successful leader, it is important to develop a relationship with the team based on trust. If the employees trust and respect from their managers that they give a special effort, especially if they feel confident and supported.
The staff are very rare in criminal-thumb from someone they do not trust and do not feel, to trust them. Without the confidence of productivity suffers as team members are playing politics to meet comply with the dictates of time and know they are against-productive. Lack of confidence affects the morale and customer satisfaction that employees spend energy and concentration to work on specific issues, customer dissatisfaction and discontent management.

Managers who communicate openly and build relationships and trust with the team frequently. You should not have to guess the team members what they think, but say they should. The employee may feel that no news is bad news. A lack of interaction undermines trust. Face to face interaction is the best way to build trust.

It is important for a manager to create a climate of trust. It starts with trusting others. It is more effective to assume that the employees are trustworthy, if they prove otherwise, rather than waiting to enter the trust, if they did not win. When team members feel that they are confident in their manager, they will be easier to trust in return.
